The prices listed in the tables below reflect our out-of-network pricing policy. Please refer to the ‘Insurances Accepted‘ page to understand more about how we work with your medical insurance. Additionally, this overview is not an exhaustive list. Each procedure is unique and may require different services and specialized care.
Consultation Fees

Following your initial consultation, our Treatment Coordinator will discuss with you the estimated costs of your specific treatment plan, insurance and pre-authorization procedures. The Treatment Coordinator will be available to support you with any questions you may have, from consultation to post-surgical care.
Clinical Workup
For most jaw surgery and some TMJ replacements, there is an extensive workup process that involves: Records, Virtual surgical planning, customizing the surgery to the individual during two preoperative visits, and multiple surgical splints (necessary for single or double jaw surgery).
